What got you into this business in the first place? I basically turned my hobby of designing and building with metal into a career. When my parents’ garage got to be too small, I decided it was time to take my business to the next level.

Do you have a method for coming up with ideas and solutions for clients? Active listening with the client so I understand what they need and expect out of me and my company.

What makes a great product? Great employees.

Pets? 7 fish and 1 dog. Make that 6 fish. The dog ate one.
